Enrollment

  1. Students admitted in the session 2023-24 to the MBBS, MS, MD course are required to get enrolled with the university. For enrolment with the university, students are required to make application offline / online on the university portal (vau.edu.in) under Student Services. Offline /Online Portal will open from 27th January 2024.
  2. The Print copy of the offline /online enrolment application enclosing copy of proof of enrolment fee of Rs 1000/- deposit and listed documents duly forwarded by Principal / Dean must reach to the Registrar office by 10th February 2024. After 10th February 2024 enrolment form will be received with late fee of Rs. 200/- per week or part thereof.
  3. It is suggested that before forwarding print copy of application forms, enclosures are checked with the following checklist of documents.

Further while receiving duly forwarded print copy of applications, these applications will be checked again at Registrar office for the documents enclosed. In case of any variation/deficiency, the deficiency letter will be issued to concerned department for rectification.

On acceptance, all applications will be further processed for necessary action.
