Varun Arjun University, Shahjahanpur is established in accordance to UGC Act 1956 by the Uttar Pradesh Govt. Act (No. 12 of 2019) Notification No. 1350/70-1-2023-20(10)/2022 dated 21 Nov 2023. The University is promoted by Varun Arjun Trust and is functional from session 2023-24 with various courses.

Objective of VAU is the holistic development of each student through inter-disciplinary, multi-disciplinary and trans-disciplinary approach.
