The Faculty of Forensic Science at Varun Arjun University organized National Forensic Week on September 21, 2026, with great enthusiasm and zeal. The objective of the program was to enhance awareness about forensic science among students and to encourage their practical knowledge, creativity, and presentation skills.
The program was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, Mr. Lalit Kumar Chauhan (Administrative Officer). Other distinguished attendees included Dr. Pradeep Kumar Singh (Principal, Varun Arjun College of Pharmacy), Mr. Shubhendra Pratap Singh (Course In-charge, B.H.A. & M.H.A.), Ms. Ishika Saxena (Course In-charge, B.Sc. Forensic Science), Ms. Sunubia Rahman (Assistant Professor), Mr. Arun Kumar (Assistant Professor, BCA), and Mr. Abhinav (Assistant Professor, BCA).
During the event, students of B.Sc. Forensic Science actively participated in various activities. A highly impressive demonstration of Crime Scene Investigation was presented, showcasing the examination of crime scenes and the application of forensic techniques in a practical manner. Additionally, students participated in activities such as a Serial Killer Ramp Walk and Poster Presentation, displaying their creativity and subject knowledge effectively. These activities highlighted different aspects of forensic science in an engaging and informative way.
On this occasion, the Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. Keshav Kumar Agarwal, Pro-Chancellor Dr. Ashok Kumar Agarwal, and Vice Chancellor Dr. Kiran Agarwal conveyed their heartfelt best wishes to the students and organizing committee for the successful आयोजन of the program. They appreciated the efforts of the students and encouraged them to continue participating in such informative and creative activities in the future.
The celebration of National Forensic Week proved to be a valuable experience for students, enriching them with knowledge, practical exposure, and enthusiasm, and further strengthening their interest in forensic science.
