Shri Krishna Janmashtami Celebrated with Devotion and Cultural Splendor at Varun Arjun University

Shri Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated at the Varun Arjun University campus with great enthusiasm, devotion, and vibrant cultural programs on 16th August 2025. The celebration began with traditional puja at the campus temple, followed by a series of cultural performances.
The main highlight of the evening was the fancy dress competition by the children of faculty members. Dressed as Lord Krishna, Radha, and other mythological characters, the little participants won the hearts of the audience with their innocence and charm. In addition, students of Varun Arjun Medical College presented soulful bhajans and graceful dance performances, creating a devotional atmosphere. The shloka recitation by children added a deeply spiritual dimension to the celebration.
The entire program not only paid homage to Lord Krishna but also fostered a spirit of cultural unity and togetherness among faculty, students, and their families. The event concluded with the distribution of prasad and heartfelt wishes for peace, prosperity, and harmony.
The celebration was meticulously organized by the students under the guidance of Dr. Rahul Saxena, Associate Professor, Department of Physiology. On this occasion Pro-Chancellor Dr. Ashok Agarwal, and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Kiran Agarwal, Dean & Principal Dr. (Colonel) Ravidra Nath Shukla, extended their wishes to the university family on Janmashtami. Senior faculty members were present at the event and encouraged the students.
