Varun Arjun Medical College & Rohilkhand Hospital, Banthra Shahjahanpr under Varun Arjun University, organized a free General Medicine and Eye Care Medical Camp at the Municipal Town Hall, Tilhar, Shahjahanpur, on Sunday, August 9, 2026.
During the camp, patients received free medical consultation and health check-ups. Free blood pressure and blood sugar tests were conducted, and commonly prescribed medicines were distributed free of cost. Patients were also provided with discount coupons for various diagnostic tests, including CT scans and MRI services.
In addition, patients visiting Rohilkhand Hospital, Banthra, through the camp will receive free CBC, KFT, LFT, and ECG investigations. The hospital’s General Medicine Department provides TMT, Echo, and blood tests at affordable rates, along with substantial discounts on MRI, CT scans, and other diagnostic investigations. Treatment and admission facilities for serious patients are available under the supervision of specialist doctors. A 24-hour ICU facility is also available at affordable rates.
In the Eye Care Department, eligible cataract patients will be provided free cataract surgery at Rohilkhand Hospital, Banthra.

The medical camp was conducted under the guidance of General Medicine specialist Dr. Rishi Patel and Eye Specialist Dr. Chinmay Patil, along with their medical teams, paramedical staff, and Medical College PRO Raisuddin.
