Varun Arjun Medical College & Rohilkhand Hospital Organizes Free Health Camp at Village Barnai

Varun Arjun University and Varun Arjun Medical College & Rohilkhand Hospital, Banthra, Shahjahanpur organized a free general medicine and eye check-up camp at Village Barnai in the Bhawalkheda region on Tuesday, September 08, 2026.

A total of 255 patients were registered and examined free of cost during the camp. Free blood pressure and blood sugar tests were conducted for all patients. Free general medicines and free medical consultation were provided to everyone. Discount coupons for diagnostic tests, CT Scan and MRI were also distributed.

Patients visiting Rohilkhand Hospital through this camp will get free CBC, KFT, LFT and ECG tests. The hospital informed that affordable healthcare facilities are available in the General Medicine Department including TMT, Echocardiography and blood investigations at low rates, with heavy discounts on MRI, CT Scan and other investigations. Treatment and admission facilities for all serious patients are available under the supervision of specialist doctors, along with 24-hour ICU facility at affordable rates.

A Family Health Card is also available at the hospital for just Rs. 200, which is valid for one year. The card provides free OPD registration and discounts on medicines and investigations.

The camp received special support from Jagjeevan Rajput (Pradhan). The medical camp was attended by General Medicine specialist Dr. Navdeep, Ophthalmology specialist Dr. Raghav Mohan along with his medical team, paramedical staff and Medical College PRO Mohit Thapa.
