A Powerful Step Toward Cyber Awareness – ‘Mission Shakti 5.0’ at Varun Arjun University

Varun Arjun University, Banthra‑Shahjahanpur, successfully organized a one‑day Cyber Security Awareness Program on December 20, 2025, under the “Mission Shakti 5.0” initiative. The program, led by Nodal Officer Dr. Shivani Gupta, was filled with energy and purpose, focusing on empowering students, teachers, and citizens with knowledge about digital safety and cybercrime prevention.Key speakers — Sub‑Inspector Mohammad Maroof, Computer Operator Lokesh Kumar, and Woman Constable Preeti Lohia from the Cyber Cell Tilhar — delivered insightful sessions on online frauds, cyber helplines, and safe digital practices. Students actively participated, raising thoughtful questions on data protection, online scams, and social media safety.The university’s senior management appreciated the initiative, emphasizing that education must go beyond academics to build a safe, aware, and empowered society. Under the graceful coordination of Dr. Shivani Gupta, the event concluded with the strong message that “Cyber security is everyone’s responsibility, and awareness is our greatest defense.”
