Day8: SWASTH NARI, SASHAKT PARIVAR ABHIYAN: Cancer Screening Camp Success at Varun Arjun University

On September 24, 2025, Varun Arjun Medical College & Rohilkhand Hospital successfully held a Cancer Screening Camp as part of the “Swasth Naari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyan– 2025.” The event, jointly organized by the General Surgery and Dental Departments, focused on the early detection and prevention of breast, oral, and cervical cancers.
Over 800 women received free screenings and consultations. College officials emphasized that regular check-ups and lifestyle changes are key to fighting cancer. The initiative aimed to dispel the fear of the disease through awareness and ensure healthcare reaches the last person in society. The successful collaboration highlighted the institution’s commitment to social responsibility and public health.
