Inter‑Batch Quiz on ‘One Nation, One Health’ – Varun Arjun Medical College & Rohilkhand Hospital

Varun Arjun Medical College and Rohilkhand Hospital, Banthra, Shahjahanpur, organised an Inter-Batch Quiz Competition on 26 November 2025 for MBBS undergraduate students from the 2023 and 2024 batches. The event, conducted by the Department of Community Medicine, was themed “One Nation, One Health,” aiming to highlight unity and equality in healthcare across the nation. Guided by Dr. Dharmendra Kumar Gupta, Head of the Department, the quiz encouraged interactive learning and healthy competition among students.

The programme featured the presence of Dr. Aditya Prakash Singh, Assistant Professor, whose motivating involvement inspired all participants. The quiz was efficiently coordinated by PG Junior Residents Dr. Charandeep, who conducted the questions, and Dr. Anam, who managed the scoring, with additional support from Dr. Arsalan and Non-PG JRs Dr. Afzal and Dr. Nirmal.Comprising multiple stimulating rounds such as rapid fire, visual diagnosis, epidemiology scenarios, and national health programme challenges, the quiz tested students’ analytical and conceptual skills.

The event concluded with acknowledgments to the organisers and participants, reflecting the department’s dedication to fostering academic excellence and community-oriented learning within the medical education framework.
