Mission Shakti 5.0 Ignites Lifesaving Fire at Varun Arjun University

In a heartbeat-changing moment, Varun Arjun University transformed ordinary students into potential lifesavers through Mission Shakti Phase 5.0‘s electrifying BLS-CPR training.

Spearheaded by nodal officer Dr. Shivani Gupta, the session—primarily for students with faculty cheering alongside—was masterfully led by Dr. Deepak Oberoi, Anaesthesia HOD, and his dynamic duo Dr. Prachi and Dr. Akshay.Imagine: the first golden minutes of crisis, where nearby hands can double survival odds with CPR’s rhythmic pulse. Students mastered the BLS symphony—scene safety, response checks, 100-120 chest beats synced to “Stayin’ Alive,” rescue breaths—via mannequin magic and hands-on drills.

Faculty dove in too, sparking a campus-wide readiness revolution.From road wrecks to hostel scares, interactive demos crushed myths (“Only docs save lives? Think again!”). Dr. Akshay’s choking rescues—tailored for all ages—empowered every participant. Feedback roared: past helplessness flipped to heroic confidence.Dr. Gupta envisions more—mental health marathons, safety shields ahead. This isn’t training; it’s a spark igniting compassionate warriors. Varun Arjun isn’t just educating—it’s arming hearts to conquer death’s shadow. One compression at a time, Mission Shakti redefines youth power.
